Internship of 6 months at the AFMB(AFMB) (CNRS lab) with B. Canard's staff.

During this internship, I have worked on enzymes imply in the capping of mRNA of RNA-virus . I became acquainted during my lab period with:

Ø Bioinformatic reasearch , molecular biology ,Overexpression , extraction, purification, crystallization and I solve a structure

Internship of 2 months in Prof. J.L.Sussmann 's staff

 

During this period I worked on the inhibition and crystllization of Torpedo califonica acethylcholinesterase, using enzymatic activity measurment, and classical tool of crystallography, from crystallization to X-ray data processing.
